Mariachi Romatitlán, the soul of Mexican folk music since 1983.
Formed to honor and promote the Mariachi tradition, this 13-member group is known for its vibrant performances and deep dedication to both traditional and contemporary repertoire. Over the years, they’ve brought Mexican music to life across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, with tours in France, Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, Ukraine, Qatar, Kuwait, and more.
They’ve performed at major festivals, on television, and in film soundtracks, and collaborate regularly with Mexican embassies in Europe, spreading the energy and emotion of mariachi far beyond its roots. In 2012, they were invited by cultural authorities in Jalisco, Mexico, to present their work as part of UNESCO’s recognition of Mariachi as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Closing the 9th edition of Cloud Fest, they bring a living symbol of Mexican identity, as Mariachi Romatitlán keeps the tradition alive, loud, and proud.
