☁️ Sotiris Papatragiannis – May 30th ☁️
For over 30 years, Sotiris Papatragiannis has been one of the most renowned voices in rebetiko, the traditional urban Greek music recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage. For the past 13 years, Sotiris and his band have performed across Europe and beyond — from the Netherlands, France, and the United Kingdom to Israel, Sweden, and Albania, including a memorable concert at Cloud Festival 2019.
The band consists of: Sotiris Papatragiannis – Lead vocals & baglama, Thodoris Petropoulos – Bouzouki, vocals, Nikos Protopapas – Guitar, vocals, Jimmy Gkinis – Accordion.
Special guest: Katerina Tsiridou – one of the most renowned female rebetiko singers in Greece (vocals, baglamá & small percussion instruments).
