☁️ Ana Pandur – May 24th ☁️

The dance-music project “White Noise” explores themes of loneliness, isolation, punishment, and symbolic exclusion resulting from non-conformity with today’s social paradigms and their consequences. It is a solo dance performance by Ana Pandur, with music by Matej Bonin, shaped by silence, whiteness, solitude, and the presence of the body. What are the rules of the game in a given situation? What is allowed, where are the boundaries, and what defines them? Who sees whom, and how do the boundaries of one’s world shape the boundaries of one’s freedom? Ana Pandur is an author, choreographer, dancer, Hispanist, and philosopher. Since her time at the Faculty of Performing Arts in Ljubljana, she has made flamenco and its application in contemporary performance practices the foundation of her artistic research and expression. This performance is supported by the Embassy of Slovenia in Tirana.
